When you use our website and services, we may collect the following information:

• Form submissions: Name, email address, company name, and project details you provide through our intake forms.
• Analytics data: Page views, session duration, and general usage patterns to help us improve the website experience.
• Cookies and ad data: Cookies for analytics and for measuring our ads, and details your browser sends with each visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the ad or link that brought you here. Section 6 explains them.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries and project submissions
• Schedule and manage discovery calls
• Improve our website functionality and user experience
• Send relevant communications about your project or our services

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share data only with the following service providers, to run our website and services and to measure our advertising:

• Google Calendar for scheduling discovery calls
• Supabase for secure data storage
• Resend for email notifications
• Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) for website analytics and ad measurement
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) for ad measurement

We use cookies and similar tools to see how people use the site and to measure our ads. Our forms and booking work without them.

• Google Analytics records visits and page views. It sets cookies such as _ga.
• Google Ads conversion tracking tells us when someone who clicked one of our Google ads contacts us or books a call. It sets cookies such as _gcl_au.
• Google call tracking tells us when a phone call to us came from a Google ad, with details such as the time and length of the call. It may show a Google forwarding number in place of ours.
• Meta Pixel and Conversions API tell Meta (Facebook and Instagram) which pages you view here and when you submit a form or book a call, so we can measure our Meta ads. The pixel sets the _fbp cookie. When you arrive from a Meta ad, the _fbc cookie records that click for 90 days. When you submit a form or book a call, our server also sends Meta a hashed copy of your email address and first name, with your IP address and browser type. Hashing turns them into a code rather than readable text, and Meta uses it to match the event to a Facebook or Instagram account.
• LinkedIn Insight Tag records page visits, successful service inquiries, and confirmed call bookings to measure our LinkedIn ads. It uses cookies and ad click identifiers to connect these events to LinkedIn ad interactions. LinkedIn also receives technical information such as your IP address and browser type. Our conversion events do not include your name, email address, or project notes.
• mintup_attr is our own cookie. For 30 days it remembers which ad or link brought you here, so we know which campaigns work. We also keep a session ID and the same campaign details in your browser's storage.

To opt out:

• Google: turn off ad personalization in My Ad Center, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
• Meta: change your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
• LinkedIn: manage advertising preferences in your LinkedIn settings.
• Your browser: block or delete cookies in its settings. Blocking cookies does not stop our server from sending Meta the details above when you submit a form or book a call.
