How do you usually work?
Start with a free call with the founders. We look at the problem, your current tools, and what a useful first release would do. Then we recommend a scoped project or an ongoing team, with the work and costs agreed before we start.
Can we hire you for one custom project?
Yes. You can hire us for a specific app, integration, automation, or feature. Custom work gets its own scope, timeline, price, and support agreement. The six-month term applies to the monthly plans shown above.
How do you price custom work?
We look at what needs to be built, the systems it connects to, the team required, and the support you need after launch. You get a written proposal covering the scope, price, timeline, and any third-party costs before you commit.
What if we don’t know what to build yet?
Bring the problem. Show us the repetitive work, the awkward handoffs, or the idea you want to test. We’ll help identify a useful first step. Build & Run includes a roadmap and an agreed first fix in its first two weeks.
Can you work with what we already have?
Yes. We can connect your existing tools or assess a product you already own. We review the code, access, and dependencies before agreeing what we can take on or what needs replacing.
When will we see working software?
We agree the first usable release around your scope and dependencies. Build & Run starts with a two-week roadmap and first fix, then a weekly delivery cadence. Custom projects have milestones in the proposal, with working software for you to review along the way.
What happens if the scope changes?
We explain the effect on price and timing before starting extra work. On the monthly plans, we can reorder the shared backlog while keeping one active build priority. A larger scope or extra capacity needs a separate agreement.
Who looks after it once it’s live?
Build & Run includes monitoring, maintenance, and improvements. After six months, continue building, move to Care at $2,500 per month, or hand over to another team. For a custom project, we agree support or handover as part of the proposal.
Do we own the code and accounts?
Yes. Your project code, repositories, accounts, and data are in your name from day one. You keep them if you move to another team, subject to the terms of any third-party tools the project uses.
How do you handle AI and sensitive data?
We agree what data an AI can access and which actions need human approval. Access is limited to the job, and we review the provider’s data terms with you before connecting sensitive information. We build in records of agent activity so actions can be checked.
